Our showroom will be reopening to walk-in visits starting Tuesday, May 19.
Our online shop is open 24/7 and we are processing orders daily. There are no posted delays with our courier service.
We ask that you wait to receive a confirmation email (after you receive your receipt).
You can stop by the shop (7700 Keele Street) between 12pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Give us a call once you are outside (905-660-7931) and we will load the items into your car.
No, we are open to the general public.
Once you place an order, we will prepare it immediately! Most orders are packaged and picked up by our courier the same day. We estimate delivery times to take anywhere from 3 to 9 days depending on the shipping address. If you would like to get a better sense of when your item(s) would arrive, please contact us at (905) 660-7931 BEFORE you place your order.
Of course.We charge a fee for our finishing which depends on the size of the pot. Prices range from $5-$40. It includes gravel (to add stability to the product), spray foam (this material sets the item into the planter), black moss (a decorative black topping that will be layered on top of the spray foam)
For item(s) purchased in store, you have up to 14 days for full refund or exchange of your date of purchase. Store credit is provided within 30 days of purchase

For orders placed online, you are responsible for arranging and covering the fees for shipping the product back to store. Please notify staff of your intent to return the item by emailing brad.morrissey@rogers.com. Once staff receives the item(s) back in-store, staff will notify you of its arrival and issue a refund for the item(s) to the original method of payment.
