In short, no. We have learned that there is no true "Silk" product. To add, different suppliers have different interpretations of Silk, and that is why we source each item ourselves - to carry products that are as realistic as possible.
Outdoor-rated products are more artificial-looking. Its hardy plastic and UV coating is necessary in protecting the product from harsh elements.

We do! Items featured on our Online Store ship for free, when orders are over $50. If your order is less than $50, a flat rate of $7 applies. Items purchased in store or over the phone can be delivered for a fee through our own courier company.
Delivery costs vary. It depends on the the amount of items, the size of the items, and where it's being shipped to. Give us a call and we can provide you with a more accurate estimate.
Once you place an order, we will prepare it immediately! Most orders are packaged and picked up by our courier the same day. We estimate delivery times to take anywhere from 3 to 9 days depending on the shipping address. Of course.We charge a fee for our finishing which depends on the size of the pot. Prices range from $5-$40. It includes gravel (to add stability to the product), spray foam (this material sets the item into the planter), black moss (a decorative black topping that will be layered on top of the spray foam)
For item(s) purchased in store, you have up to 14 days for full refund or exchange of your date of purchase. Store credit is provided within 30 days of purchase

For orders placed online, you are responsible for arranging and covering the fees for shipping the product back to store.
