I placed an order online. How long will it take to arrive?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately! Most orders are packaged and shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location. If you need an estimated arrival time, please contact us at (905) 660-7931 before placing your order.

Do I need to be a designer to shop with you?

No! Our store is open to everyone, including homeowners, businesses, decorators, and design enthusiasts. You don’t need to be a professional designer to shop with us!

How does the custom design process work?

Our team of talented designers is available to create custom pieces tailored to your needs. Pricing is based on the time spent on design consultation and the cost of materials. We always strive to provide an accurate estimate before starting the project.

Can I bring in my own pot and faux plant pieces for you to secure together?

Yes! We offer a finishing service to secure your faux plants into your chosen pot. Prices range from $5 to $40, depending on the size of the planter. This service includes:

  • Gravel for stability
  • Spray foam to secure the arrangement
  • Black moss for a polished, decorative finish

What is your return policy?

  • For in-store purchases: You have 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Store credit is provided if returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • For online orders: You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping fees. Please notify our team of your return request by emailing brad.morrissey@rogers.com. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome pets in our store. Feel free to bring your furry friends while you shop.

I want to buy a large item in-store, but I’m not sure if it will fit in my vehicle. Do you offer delivery services?

Yes! We can connect you with a local courier service for home delivery. The delivery cost depends on the size and location of the item. However, many customers find that their vehicles have more space than expected. Our staff will assess your vehicle’s capacity before proceeding with delivery arrangements.
