Note: The Overall Arrangement Dimensions reflect the dimensions of the tree once shaped. Due to packaging reasons, we are unable to shape the tree at the store. We recommend watching the attached video demonstrating the shaping process.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once you place an order, we will prepare it immediately. Most orders are packaged and picked up by our courier the same day. We estimate delivery times to take anywhere from 3 to 9 days depending on the shipping address. If you would like to get a better sense of when your item(s) would arrive, please contact us at (905) 660-7931 BEFORE you place your order.
RETURN POLICY
For orders placed online, you are responsible for arranging and covering the fees for shipping the product back to store. Please notify staff of your intent to return the item by emailing brad.morrissey@rogers.com. Once staff receives the item(s) back in-store, staff will notify you of its arrival and issue a refund for the item(s) to the original method of payment.
Durability
The product is infused with UV coating and made with a hardier plastic to withstand various climates. The product will last 3 to 6 years depending on how much sun the product receives.
