Once you place an order, we will prepare it immediately! Most orders are packaged and picked up by our courier the same day. We estimate delivery times to take anywhere from 3 to 9 days depending on the shipping address. If you would like to get a better sense of when your item(s) would arrive, please contact us at (905) 660-7931 BEFORE you place your order.
No, we are open to the general public.
We have a team of talented designers on staff. Pricing depends on time spent on the design consult and cost of materials. We try our absolute best to provide an accurate estimate before the project.
Of course. We charge a fee for our finishing which depends on the size of the pot. Prices range from $5-$40. It includes gravel (to add stability to the product), spray foam (this material sets the item into the planter), black moss (a decorative black topping that will be layered on top of the spray foam).
For item(s) purchased in store, you have up to 14 days for full refund or exchange of your date of purchase. Store credit is provided within 30 days of purchase

For orders placed online, you are responsible for arranging and covering the fees for shipping the product back to store. Please notify staff of your intent to return the item by emailing brad.morrissey@rogers.com. Once staff receives the item(s) back in-store, staff will notify you of its arrival and issue a refund for the item(s) to the original method of payment.
Yes, we can connect you with a local courier company that can deliver the goods to your front door. The cost is dependent on the size of the item and location. Although.... we have found that cars are much larger than our customers expect. Our staff will assess the vehicle capacity before proceeding with delivery.
